Exercise & Spirituality (Own Topic)

When one exercises, it mobilizes and reduces stress hormones. Exercise also boosts positive endorphins and promotes having an optimistic mindset. With all of these positives that exercise gives you, it has a tendency to become addicting and becomes a big part of peoples lives. Something that gives meaning to life can be called spirituality and if the meaning of life is to be happy, then for some, they achieve this through physical exercise, making it a spiritual tradition. Workouts are a thing people do when they need to think/ reflect on something and is also a stress reliver and in the moment you're mind calms down and you're just present, thinking of every acting you are currently doing.
