My Backyard Part 2

I am taken aback to my third home, my grandfather’s home. It resembles my first home, for it has acres on acres of woods. I can see a wide variety of vegetation that is home to my grandfather’s property. The earth below my feet is uneven, yet soft. The air was clean and refreshing something that I have not had for a long time since moving to the suburbs. I can see large trees, whose roots are scattered across the ground and it unclear which tree they belong to. These trees are rough to the touch, but there is a history of weathering that makes some areas smoother to the touch. As I walk deeper into the woods I stumble on deers and rabbits. Everything in this small forest is in harmony, each part of this mini-city has a function to carry out and are irreplaceable. Nothing is abused or taken for granted, and whatever is used is used completely and without being put to waste.
