Trees can be the cause of someone's happiness

BBC posted this article on the topic of trees and how they can increase someone's happiness. They "created a different world within themselves, not just in terms of the wildlife" (Stafford). Nature itself affects people to a deeper level that people may not understand. People record that there is something soothing about height, aroma, feeling, of the tree. Experts say that people can connect with nature, especially trees, so easily because we are able to use all five senses to connect with it. You can see the colorful trees, feel the bark, hear the crunch of the leaves, smell the fresh cut grass, etc. There is some sort of familiarity with trees: they nourish everything around it and are full of life, but so quiet at the same time. Nature in general can have many sublime aspects to it that attracts people from all over the world. The fear of what might be lurking in the forest can be intriguing for many daredevils. The art of Tree Time is now seen as a form of therapy. It is essentially just being one with nature and going out to enjoy it. It is especially effective with those who are undergoing stress in their lives. So many people today do not go out enough and are "nature deficit"
